What experience do I need to own a wellness franchise with Haute Healing Oasis?

General business management, or health care experience is ideal, but most importantly you need to enjoy helping others. What is provided as part of the franchise program with Haute Healing Oasis?

Once you have been awarded a franchise with Haute Healing Oasis, the elevation of your career begins. You and your operating partner, if applicable, will join us at our headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut for five days of in-person training. We’ll get to know each other while you learn about Haute Healing Oasis operations, marketing, vendor relationships, service offerings and therapies, inventory, equipment, and so much more. Plus, when it is time to open your Haute Healing Oasis spa, we’ll join you at your location for three days to make sure you and your team feel comfortable and confident. We will always be available via phone and email when you need us, and you will have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual, from the moment you are selected to own a wellness franchise with Haute Healing Oasis.

How much will the franchise cost me?

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin Haute Healing Oasis operations ranges from $450,000 to $800,000. This includes a $43,690 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. Ask about our incentives for qualified veterans. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

Is financing available?

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

Are there ongoing fees to pay?

We collect a 6% royalty fee based on net revenues. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services like the continued research and development, as well as marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?

Franchise owners will contribute up to 2% of net revenues into the brand marketing fund. The collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote Haute Healing Oasis and cover the creative costs to develop brand marketing materials and campaigns. Franchise owners will also spend a minimum of 2% of revenue on local marketing. Each franchise owner will be required to spend a minimum of $20,000 on Grand Opening marketing. We, the franchisor, will reserve the right to collect the $20,000 from each franchisee and spend it on their behalf to promote the opening of their location. What is the term of the agreement?

The initial term of your agreement is seven years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
